5.   PURCHASING FROM US

5.1   Add items to your shopping cart

Simply clicking on any desired catalogue reference number ('Cat Ref') will add the minimum order quantity for that item (usually 1) to the shopping cart. You will remain on the product page(s), with freedom to navigate anywhere within the website, adding more products should you wish to do so.

5.2   Viewing amending and correcting your cart

Select <View Cart> from the top horizontal menu.

You may vary the quantity for each line in the cart.

Note that if you set the line-quantity to zero, this will delete the item completely from your cart.

For items where a 'quantity discount' is shown, changing the line quantity in your cart may alter the unit price of that item.

IMPORTANT: Any changes you make to your cart will not be saved unless you press the 'RECALCULATE' button.

5.3   Checkout and Submitting Your Order, and Payment

When you are ready to submit your order, click the 'GO TO PAYMENTS' button and follow the check-out steps.

ODM use PAYPAL as their payment processor, but you do not need a PayPal account to use this function - you are able to provide secure Credit Card details should you wish to do so.

Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason we will tell you.

5.4   Prices And Delivery Charges

All prices on this site are for orders through this web site, are shown in GBP, and are stated exclusive of VAT, which is payable in addition.  Our prices are only valid at the time you visit any page on this web site, and may change the next time you visit.  Prices on some items may differ from those listed in the ODM office supplies catalogue.  List prices relate to the manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. Any reference to savings indicates the average savings off the list price, and your actual savings will vary depending upon the goods purchased and the date of the transaction.  Our prices exclude delivery charges.  For details of our current delivery charges please refer to the Delivery Charges page on this web site.

5.5    Free Gifts

5.8   Out of Stock

We will let you know at or shortly after the time of order if any item is out of stock and when more stock is expected, and what alternatives are available.  If we do contact you regarding out of stock items, you will have a choice whether to cancel the order and whether to submit a replacement order for any alternatives.
